All you need for vacation in Ksamil. Helpful and very welcoming staff as one would expect. We can just recommend the place and would stay here again without hesitation.

Comfortable hotel with an unbeatable location and garden view. the triple room had a comfortable bed and amenities like a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a fridge. - the staff was friendly and paid attention to details.

The breakfasts were mind-blowing, with big portions and delicious flavors. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable. The young boy working in reception was jaw-droppingly lovely and so accommodating. The location was incredibly central, with just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 3-minute walk to the supermarket. The free parking spaces and perfect wi-fi were a bonus. The owners were extremely friendly and always ready to help, despite their limited English. The place was impeccably clean and had a cozy atmosphere. Everything we needed for our stay was provided in the apartment. The included breakfast was beyond expectations, with a great variety of fresh and homemade dishes. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this family villa to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. the hosts were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the private parking and free WiFi were great amenities.
The parking space was limited and sometimes full.
